Yes. Most extended health plans cover custom and medical-grade braces. We provide the documentation you need including invoice, diagnosis code (if applicable), and prescription guidance.

We accept credit card, debit, e-transfer payments. You receive a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement.

For hygiene and medical safety reasons, braces cannot be returned once worn. However, exchanges are available for manufacturer defects or improper fit identified during your fitting.

Yes. We also provide wrist, ankle, elbow, shoulder, and back bracing, plus GameReady rentals, cold/heat compression devices, and TENS/IFC units.
